Open since July 2009, Craftasmic is an Aladdin's Cave for card making and hobbies.
We are based on the top of the High Street, in the Heart of Taunton - Somerset's County Town.
Family run, our helpful, friendly staff are always on hand to offer advice and inspiration.
We stock a wide range of decoupage, including Dufex, Hunkydory, Kanban and Craft Creations as well as Flower Soft, Pinflair, punches and decorative buttons and ribbons and embellishments - ideal for weddings, birthdays, Christmas and more.
To compliment this, we have an extensive range of decorative card and paper, as well as pearl card, mirri card, glitter card and acetate.
We pride ourselves on our range of paper and card available for you to 'pick & mix' from.
Our range of stamps is ever increasing and now includes Hero Arts, Clarity Stamp, Woodware and Crafty Individuals.
Accompanying our stamps is our wide range of ink pads including Brilliance Pads, Tim Holtz Distress Ink Pads, Adirondak Ink Pads and the Perfect Pearls range to name but a few.
Craftasmic's cross stitch kits are very popular and include Cinnamon Cat and Bothy Threads and 'Stitchlets' to make cards for all occasions.
The ever popular Cuttlebug is at a very competitive price, as is the wide choice of embossing and die cut folders.
For those looking for something a little different, Timberkits are ideal.
Stocked exclusively within Somerset, these wooden automata kits range from monkeys and drummers to golfers, beam engines and more; providing enjoyment for all ages. They are great as gifts, or to make for your own entertainment.
To expand on our range of crafts and hobbies catered for, and to allow even more creativity for our customers, we also stock a selection of Lino cutting tools and materials as well as Pebeo glass and porcelain paints and markers (dishwasher resistant finish after home baking!).

Directions
Taunton being the county town of Somerset means that the town itself offers excellent transport links, including main line railway, central bus station and just off the M5 motorway at junction 25 gets you straight road access into the outskirts of Taunton town.
There are out of town 'Park & Ride' services either immediately as you come off at Junction 25 on the East end of the town or on the West end there is an additional 'Park & Ride' on Silk Mills Road called 'Roughmoor Park & Ride'. Both Park & Rides take you straight to the town centre where we are only a minute's walk away.
Once in the centre of town, on the Parade, look for the High Street pedestrian zone (Clarks shoe shop is situated on the corner) and walk up the High Street passing Boots on your right and continue along until you see Craftasmic clearly marked on your right.
Being located on the main pedestrianised High Street within the town means we are easy to find and offer excellent level access from the main walkway straight into the shop.
Situated behind Craftasmic is one of the Towns main car parks, 'Crescent Car Park' which is approached by travelling along the Crescent, on which stands the Somerset County Council's main offices.
The High Street can be accessed from this car park via various walkways, one of which comes out on to the High Street just a few doors down from Craftasmic.
